SHIPPING

For custom orders, your blanket will ship within 4-7 business days. All shipments include a tracking number. A shipping confirmation, with tracking info, is sent to your email. If you need it by a certain date or have any questions about shipping please send me a message.

CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM ORDER?

Of course. I love custom orders! Please contact me with any questions. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the nature of the items I do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. The customer is responsible for double checking the spelling and format of the information given on personalized orders. If an order is misspelled at the time the order is placed, and your blanket is personalized with the incorrect spelling, you will not be refunded.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
